We are currently looking for an Office Clerk/Receptionist to join our team in the Purchasing Department in Victoria, BC. This position involves a variety of office duties including reception.
High school diploma
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player who works well with others
Superior organizational and time management skills
Professionalism in dealing with others both in person and by telephone
Excellent numeracy and keyboarding skills
Able to multi-task
Attention to detail extremely important
Ability to file accurately
Work in a professional environment with committed team-members
