We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Key Account Manager to join our e-commerce team based at our Victoria Head Office. Job description

  • The Key Account Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the sales plan between Andrew Sheret Limited and several 3rd party e-tailers, as well as Andrew Sheret’s national direct-to-consumer online sales

  • Ensure the continued growth of Andrew Sheret’s multi-channel e-commerce business by leading the company’s e-commerce segment on the needs of the consumer, existing accounts and search/secure new business opportunities

  • Maintaining positive customer relations by identifying opportunities, supporting customer needs, providing up-to-date product information and identifying solutions to any issues

  • Participate in industry and customer related events/tradeshows to network, target new customers, identify market trends and needs relevant to assigned customers


Key responsibilities

  • Track and deliver against sales forecast by category

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our e-tailer clients’ value propositions, including products and services offered

  • Leverage customer analytics to drive key initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales initiatives, co-ordinate customer requirements, deadlines and concerns

  • Build relationships with current manufacturers to stay informed on new products or services and ensure exceptional service to all new and existing customers

  • Leverage our brands and product mix to improve profitability and meet e-tailer and direct-to-consumer targets

  • Maintain an effective working knowledge of external market factors, including competitive information, technology trends, retailer initiatives, pricing etc. in order to make educated account decisions and recommendations to grow the business

Skills
  • You are an energetic individual who is action-oriented and has a strong track record at delivering key metrics such as net revenue and market share

  • Ability to productively interact with business partners as well as internal teams

  • Effective negotiating and influencing skills

  • Comfortable presenting in person and online in sales meetings

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong analytical skills

Experience

  • BSc/BA or University degree in Business or similar field

  • Minimum 5+ years of direct and hands-on experience in sales and/or channel marketing

  • Successful track record of growing revenue and market share

  • Strong understanding of online shopping experience in an omni-channel retail environment

  • Selling experience within home improvements or appliances across multiple brands is desired (but is not a requirement)
