Starting wage is $19.00-$24.00/hr. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting all customers
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority
Maximize sales opportunities to achieve store targets
Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times
Ensure adherence to operating and security procedures at all times
Process cash transactions
Keep product knowledge up to date and remain current with trends
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Execute opening and closing procedures
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Sales driven and goal oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system
Ability to build relationships with customers
Excellent interpersonal skills
Previous retail/sales experience
Completion of Grade 12
