Our HEAD OFFICE is currently seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/QUOTES ASSISTANT. This position involves a variety of administrative duties to support our Purchasing Department. Starting wage $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and markups

  • Customer service support for our branches

  • Collaborate with internal staff to secure quotes

  • Various administrative duties


  • High School Diploma

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written

  • Superior organizational and time management skills

  • Basic understanding of mathematical principles

  • Experience in quotations and negotiating is an asset

  • Ability to use a spreadsheet at a rudimentary level

  • Able to multi-task

  • A keen eye for detail

  • Knowledge of construction and/or plumbing is an asset
