Overview

Xirtec CPVC high-performance vinyl systems are an excellent alternative to common and exotic metal chemical-waste systems. They feature a superior temperature range and resistance to photodegradation, creep stress and oxidation, making them ideal for chemical and industrial applications with the use of acids, alcohols, salts and halogens. The Xirtec CPVC system offers a wide variety of fittings available in Schedule 80 thickness. Schedule 80 components are ideal for high-pressure applications, specifically industrial and chemical. These Coupling, Socket x Socket fittings come in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4", 6" and 8" sizes. NSF listed.
Features
  • Maximum service temperature is 200°F (93°C) under pressure with occasional exposure to boiling water (212°F, 100°C). Allowing for the transportation of hot corrosive liquids and hot and cold water distribution
  • Corzan CPVC provides years of maintenance-free service. Our materials will not rust, pit, scale or corrode on either interior or exterior surfaces
  • Corzan piping materials requires less than half the energy needed to produce the equivalent size of carbon steel or steel alloy materials
  • Design stress of CPVC is also 2,000psi at 73°F (23°C)
  • Material: CPVC
  • Connection: SOCxSOC
  • Maximum operating temperature is 200°F (93°C), 160°F for potable water. Allowing for the transportation of hot corrosive liquids and hot and cold water distribution
