At Andrew Sheret, we understand that you’re busy, and time is money. To help you pick up your supplies as quickly as possible, we’ve introduced Fastlane, a method of having an order fulfilled rapidly. This guide will get you up to speed on how it works.

Fastlane service can be applied to any order placed in advance, either online or over the phone. While an Andrew Sheret credit account is required for phoned-in orders, you can still enjoy Fastlane even if you have a cash account – we just require that you place the order online using this site -- the ASL Customer Portal. Once we receive your details, we can assemble the order, charge your account, and prepare your items for pickup, all before you arrive.

If ordering over the phone, be sure to inform the customer support representative that you want the goods to be made ready via the Fastlane – we’ll know exactly what needs to be done from there, and get you on your way as soon as possible.

Initiating a Fastlane order is simple:

  • Place an order over the phone or online (if you have a credit account – if not, you can only order online using your credit card).
  • When placing your order, tell us that you’d like to pick it up in the Fastlane and when you want it to be ready.
  • Pay for the order.
  • When you arrive at the branch, proceed to the Fastlane area or shelf.
  • Locate the order with your name on it.
  • Pick up the order and leave – that’s it!

When utilizing Fastlane, there are a few items to bear in mind:

  • Stocked items can be picked up in as soon as two business hours after order submission. Note, there is a minimum 30 minute lead time from branch opening or closing time.
  • If you’ve never used Fastlane before, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the exact location of the Fastlane shelf (or pickup area) so that you’re able to find it quickly when visiting your branch.
  • For larger branch location which may have dedicated sales counters for different departments (such as an Irrigation counter and a separate Plumbing counter), it’s possible each counter may have their own Fastlane shelf.
    • If your order comprises predominantly of one variety of item than another, this may effect what Fastlane area you need to approach. We recommend calling ahead to determine where you should go.
  • For an exceptionally bulky order (e.g., one that may involve outsize items like pipe), there’s a possibility the whole order won't be able to fit on the Fastlane shelf, so it may need to be located somewhere else, or split up into segments.
    • If this is the case, an Andrew Sheret representative will reach out and inform you in advance - however it’s always good practice to examine your order on pickup to ensure that no larger items have been left behind in a secondary location.
  • Some items may not be eligible for Fastlane fulfillment (and must be picked up at the regular service counter):
    • Power tools.
    • Large or delicate items.
    • Certain high-value commodities.
  • Due to Fastlane’s popularity, the pickup shelf or area can get full with customer orders quickly. In order to help keep this program in smooth running order, we recommend picking your items in a timely manner, preferably within two days of placing the order.
  • Note that all Fastlane orders must be paid for prior to being fulfilled. As a result, you can rest assured that when picking up your items from the fulfillment area that no further payment or verification is needed – you can simply pick up your order and get on with your busy day.
