The Andrew Sheret Advantage Program (ASAP) is a customer rewards points system we offer to thank you for your continued loyalty and patronage. It’s easy to earn points, and they can be redeemed for a variety of rewarding outcomes you’ll love. This guide will explain the benefits of ASAP, how to earn and redeem points, and some legal details for the program.
Once you’re enrolled, points are earned at a ratio of 60:1, meaning for every $60 spent in-store or online (inclusive of tax and freight), one ASAP points earned. You can also earn more ASAP points through special incentives: for example, by paying your invoices early (before the 12th of every month), a points bonus worth 10% of the invoice paid will be added to your account in addition to the regular points earned.
Any time you purchase 15 or more items on a single invoice, five additional ASAP points will also be awarded.
Redeeming points is easy, and you can use your accrued points balance towards just about anything! Unlike other loyalty programs that limit you to preselected merchandise or perks, a loyal Andrew Sheret Limited customer can purchase any item they want (in-store, online, or through a third-party company) and get reimbursed the monetary value of their ASAP points against that reward.
Simply buy what you want, fill out the redemption form, print it and add your signature, attach your receipts, and submit to loyalty@sheret.com. We’ll deduct the value requested and issue you a cheque equivalent to the points value used. You can also use this value against existing invoices. Points are awarded monthly and will appear on your statement. You can also track your current balance of ASAP points within our Customer Portal in the following areas:
- In the account sidebar on the welcome banner (seen every time you log into the portal), displayed just below the navigation bar).
- On the Invoices page.
- On the Statement pages.
The monetary equivalent of your points is always displayed in these places for easy reference.
Redemption conditions
- All eligible ASAP redemptions must be submitted, with a Prize Claim Form, within 60 days of purchase (Prize Claim Forms are available at your local ASL Branch).
- All ASAP Points redemptions are subject to ASL’s approval at its sole discretion.
- Allow 4–6 weeks for disbursement of your claimed amount.
- ASAP Points may be used to purchase items at any ASL Branch.
- Accounts won’t be permitted to go into a negative point value when redeeming points.
- Should your account not have the required points for your chosen redemption, you’ll need to pay the difference to ASL.
- ASAP Points recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes, including income taxes now or in the future. Redemption of points must be declared as a taxable benefit by each customer.
- The ASAP points program is subject to cancellation at any time without notice.
- Void where prohibited by law.
General conditions
- Points are awarded based on 1 point for every $60 purchased.
- ASAP Points are awarded monthly and are only applicable to accounts paid within our terms of sale.
- Accounts that get the 2% cash discount by paying on or before the 12th of each month will receive a bonus of an additional 10% of the points earned that month before other bonuses.
- To be eligible to earn ASAP Points, you must be registered in the ASAP program (registration forms are available at any local ASL Branch).
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Points won’t be issued retroactively.
- Points values for products purchased may change at any time without notice.
- Some accounts are ineligible to earn ASAP Points based on previous arrangements. This will be communicated at the time of application to the program (e.g., Government and Institutional accounts).
- If your account is 30 days past due, you’ll receive only 50% of the total points earned during the month. Andrew Sheret Limited (ASL) reserves the right to withhold ASAP Points on accounts in arrears.
- Points won’t be awarded on accounts more than 60 days past due.
- If any account goes 90 days past due, all ASAP Points will be dissolved from that particular account and won’t be reinstated under any circumstances.
