Selecting a branch allows for:
- Accurate inventory: View real-time stock availability at your selected location.

Selecting the right branch helps ensure ease of use, fast order processing, and enhanced job site efficiency.
A default region, and a branch within that region, is established when your account is first set up. To update your branch selection afterwards, there are multiple methods you can use, depending on your needs. Note that if you change your branch, you’ll only be able to pick from locations within the region specified during your account’s creation.
Profile Menu Method:
- Click Profile Icon > Your Home Branch to adjust your branch on-the-fly.

Alternate Methods:
- Go to Profile Icon > Settings > Website and Online Ordering Preferences > Default Branch and choose your new branch.
- Visit Account Options, scroll to Website and Online Ordering Preferences, and select your new branch.
- Contact Support at 1-888-970-2709 (Mon-Fri: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PT; Sat: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PT).

- A: Portal stock levels and fulfillment options hinge on knowing what branch your order needs to be processed at. In order to use rapid ordering features like Quick Orders or Fastlane it’s important to know the branch you plan to do business with.

Q: I’ve moved my business to a different province but I can’t see nearby branch locations to choose from. How can I fix this?
- A: You can only select branches that are found within larger regions. A region is selected for you when your account is created, and can’t be user-modified after the fact. If you have relocated your business to a new region, please contact the nearest Andrew Sheret to you to have a manager manually reconfigure your account to allow for new branch selection.

Q: If I’m travelling out of my home region, am I allowed to make any purchases?
- A: Yes! For smoothest transactions, we recommend you reach out to your existing home branch and speak with either a manager or your account sales person. They’ll be able to assist you with your out-of-region purchases for maximum ease.

- A: No worries at all! Simply contact your local branch manager to have new accounts opened for your new divisions in the regions of their choosing.
